We bought this truck new and this is the ONLY ISSUE we are having. The RAMS head and XM radio logo are on it and nothing works!! This happened before but it corrected itself it has now been 3 weeks and after some research I found there are MANY complaints about the radio not working. He stated it was a default in the radio itself.
